論文徵稿

會議目的:

國立高雄餐旅大學長期致力於餐旅教育與產業發展,結合理論研究、實務應用與國際視野,持續推動餐飲、旅館、觀光、休閒、廚藝、飲食文化及相關領域之學術研究與產業創新。為促進學術界與產業界之交流合作,並提供研究成果發表與經驗分享之平台,特舉辦本學術研討會。

本研討會廣邀國內學者專家、研究人員及產業人士共同參與,探討餐旅管理、觀光休閒、餐飲與廚藝創新、飲食文化研究及相關跨領域議題。期望透過多元觀點的交流與對話,深化學術研究成果之應用價值,促進餐旅產業升級與創新發展。凡與餐旅、觀光、休閒、餐飲、廚藝與飲食文化等相關主題之研究論文,均竭誠歡迎投稿。

投稿方式:

  1. 請將論文摘要與投稿人簡歷寄至研討會電子信箱:piokuo@live.nkuht.edu.tw
  2. 投稿之論文摘要均經本研討會審查委員審查,審查後確認是否符合資格參加會議。

論文摘要撰寫格式:

  1. 請用A4格式電腦打字,以word存擋,四邊邊界為2.5公分。
  2. 論文標題:字體為16字元,粗體字並置中。作者姓名與服務單位,字體為12字元,粗體字。內文為12字元。
  3. 字型:中文字型為標楷體,使用全形標點符號,英文字型為Times New Roman,使用半型標點符號。
  4. 字數:中文字數以兩頁(1000字)為限。
  5. 摘要應簡潔明瞭,並清楚說明研究背景、研究目的、研究方法、主要研究發現或預期研究成果,以及理論與或實務上的貢獻。

Call for Abstracts for the English Session

Conference Background and Aim

National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT) is pleased to host the 22nd NKUHT Conference on Tourism, Leisure, and Hospitality in 2026. The conference aims to provide an academic platform for scholars, researchers, graduate students, and industry professionals to share research ideas, present recent findings, and exchange perspectives on current and emerging issues in tourism, hospitality, leisure, culinary arts, food culture, and related interdisciplinary fields.

The English Session welcomes abstract submissions from researchers and postgraduate students whose work advances tourism, hospitality, leisure, food and beverage management, culinary arts, food culture, and related areas. Both empirical and conceptual research are welcome. Studies with international, interdisciplinary, practical, or sustainable development implications are particularly encouraged.

Conference Topics

Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following topics:

  1. Tourism and leisure industry development
     
  2. Hospitality and tourism management
     
  3. Service innovation and customer experience
     
  4. Food culture and cultural heritage
     
  5. Culinary innovation and food product development
     
  6. Food science, nutrition, and health
     
  7. Sustainable tourism and hospitality development
     
  8. Digital transformation, technology, and innovation in tourism and hospitality
     
  9. Tourism, hospitality, leisure, and culinary education
     
  10. Interdisciplinary and emerging issues in tourism, hospitality, leisure, and culinary arts

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit an abstract for consideration by the conference review committee. Please note the following submission requirements:

  1. Only abstracts are required for submission. Full papers are not required.
  2. The abstract should be written in English.
  3. The abstract should not exceed 500 words, excluding references.
  4. The abstract should include the following information:
    • Paper title
    • Author name(s)
    • Institutional affiliation(s)
    • Corresponding author’s email address
    • Abstract text
    • Three to five keywords

Abstract Format

  • Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format on A4 paper. All margins should be set to 2.5 cm.
  • The paper title should be centered, bold, and in 16-point Times New Roman font.
  • Author name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) should be in 12-point Times New Roman font.
  • The abstract text should be in 12-point Times New Roman font, use standard English punctuation, and follow APA 7th style.
  • The abstract should be concise, self-contained, and clearly present the research background, purpose, methodology or approach, major findings or expected findings, and theoretical and/or practical contributions.

Review and Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference review committee. Authors will be notified of the review results by the acceptance notification date. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for presentation in the English Session of the conference.

Registration Requirement

At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete conference registration by the presenter registration deadline in order for the presentation to be included in the final conference program.
